I have made this Double Chocolate Cheesecake a few times and have never taken a picture of it. It’s a very smooth filling and nice and chocolate-y. I don’t use the listed crust, but instead make a crust of graham crackers with cocoa powder.
Chocolate Crust
9 oz. graham crackers, pulverized
3/4 stick melted butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
Mix together and press on bottoms and side of springform pan.
